We have policies in our store which we strictly adhere to for the sake of our customers and our artists. We want EVERYONE to enjoy their experience in our gallery!

EVERYONE is welcome in our gallery. We are all human and we ask that, when you visit, you respect our staff, our artists and anyone visiting. No one should feel uncomfortable in our gallery...unless, of course, the art is making you think... ; )

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds or exchanges; no exceptions.
Due to the nature of our business, consignment art, ALL SALES ARE FINAL . Please understand that we retain this policy because all of our artwork is based on consignment. Many of our artists believe in upcycling which means that, just like us, our waste also deserves a second chance and uprecycling has led to the emergence of an artistic movement known as recycled art — upcycled art or upcycling art — that is currently inspiring many artists around the world with its critical message regarding excessive consumption and environmental pollution. Because of this, we RECOMMEND that you inspect the item personally to ensure you are satisfied with it BEFORE you make your purchase. Thank you.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase artwork at Seven Elements Art Gallery, we DO NOT keep any of your information for any other purpose except for the use in which it is intended and we do NOT sell your information to third parties. We respect your right to privacy.

SHIPPING
​
We ship via FedEx only. All orders are insured for the sales amount. Larger pieces, so that you are aware, can ship at shipping prices upwards of $250 per FedEx should they need to be crated or otherwise packaged oversized.
